Should you still having trouble getting to full HD, go into (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\swkotor) and open your swkotor.ini. If it won’t change to full HD try another reolution first and then HD again. When I first started the game after patching the resolution I had to go into > Options > Resolution and there you have your 1920×1080. You need to copy the content, NOT THE WHOLE FOLDER! into Override. As I already said, each resolution requires the matching HUD files. This is where things get a little tricky. Note: If everything goes smoothly you can enter your desired resolution, however I would stick to full HD for now because you need the matching HUD files for said resolution.
